You made a mistake on my order.
If it has to do with specific colors of ink or the shirt, the digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. Otherwise, our bad. It doesn’t happen often, but nobody’s perfect. If your receive the wrong item or if there is a defect in any way, please email email@example.com, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) shame the offending department. There is no need to send it back to us, please keep it and make whatever use you can out of it, even if it is just as a donation to your local clothing charity.
You charged me more!
If this happens, it is most likely due to the exchange rate. As a US based company, our prices are listed in US dollars. When the currencies are exchanged, the prices are sometimes higher for some units (Canadian dollars or Australian dollars for example) or lower in other units (Euros or British Pounds). This is why your card statement may show a different charge than what was listed on the site.

What brands do you use?
Primarily we use a Gildan brand shirt or hoodie. Please note that these ladies tees are ladies sizes only and NOT a fitted cut. Occasionally if there is a supply issue in a particular color and size, you may receive an upgrade to an LAT or other brand, but these are only used when our normal brands are exhausted. Also, the digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. I don’t understand your sizing chart.
If you take a look at the instructions at the top of our sizing page found here, there are instructions as to how to measure a shirt you already have to see how you would fit within our sizing chart. If you lay your shirt flat and measure as shown in the diagram, you should be able to find something very close on our chart that will work for you. Remember, the measurements in the chart are for the shirt, not the person that is meant to wear it.
How do I know what my size is?
You can view our sizing chart. There are instructions on how to measure a shirt you already own to see how you fit within our sizing chart. Most of the feedback is that our unisex/guys tees are fairly true to size and the ladies tees run about a size smaller than normal. Tees are 100% cotton except for sports grey (90/10) and dark grey (50/50). Hoodies are 50/50 cotton poly, so they are usually more true to size.
Do you have a sizing chart?
Yes. You can view it here. There are instructions on how to measure a shirt you already own to see how you fit within our sizing. Since most of our tee shirts are 100% cotton, they will have a tendency to shrink about a size, so you may want to consider adding a size to your selection.
Do you carry size 4XL or 5XL shirts?
4XL and 5XL shirts are now available in select colors in the men’s style only. We just started offering 4XL and 5XL Hoodies in select colors. We do not carry any larger Ladies sizes above a 3XL. ***Exception for Licensed Designs – Only available in sizes up to 3XL for men’s, ladies, and hoodies*** However as supply and demand changes, so will availability. We suggest checking back with us at a later date.
Do the shirts shrink?
Although the t-shirts are labeled as “preshrunk” cotton, we do often see some shrinking, particularly if you use the “volcano” setting on the dryer. Typically running the first wash in cold water and the delicate setting will help keep the sizing truer. As for hoodies, they tend to be a little sturdier. You might see a little shrinking right out of the dryer, but they will generally bounce back into shape after being worn for a bit.
What is the fabric content?
The fabric content for most of the tees are pre-shrunk 100% cotton, however, sports grey will be a 90/10 cotton/poly blend. Dark grey tees are a 50/50 cotton/poly blend. Hoodies are all 50/50 cotton/poly blend.

I put my email/address in wrong, can this be corrected?
We use USPS’s address verification for domestic and APO orders. However if you see something about your shipping address in your confirmation email that is different from your shipping address as you know it, let us know.
We take fraud prevention seriously, so we will not send your order to a completely different address. If you are paying with PayPal, make all applicable changes to your shipping address in your PayPal account prior to placing your order.
If you need to make a major change to your address, alert us immediately and we will cancel your order and refund your purchase price plus shipping. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we ship your shirt to the address you provided and it comes back to us, we will process it as a return and refund your money less the shipping costs.
How long does printing usually take?
Since we print to order, printing times can vary. Currently we are printing mostly 3-7 day old orders, real time, although our typical guideline is to try to print and ship orders within 5 business days (1 week) of the time the order is placed. Thank you for your patience as we work to catch up. In any event, we will do our best to be as quick and efficient as possible in getting your shirt out to you.
How do I change my order?

Do you have this in v-necks, long sleeves, zipper jackets, kid sizes, other colors or anything else?
Probably not. Any styles or color options that are available are shown on the right side of the print. Most often it is guys tees, ladies tees and hoodies. Any of the special options would also be shown. If it is not shown, then it is not available for that design. Also, the digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.
It says my address is not found
We ship using the UPS Postal Innovations, so the post office and the regular mail will most likely be the group that will deliver to your house. If you have a PO box and do not get mail at your physical address, you should use the PO box. The verification can be tricky on specific abbreviations as well. USPS.com “find zip code” found here USPS.com can help you find your specific abbreviations and how USPS will verify your address.
I have a tracking number, but where’s my stuff?
You should first check with UPS.com to get your tracking info by entering in the tracking number you received from Sun Frog Shirts.
If no information is available yet, check it again after 24 hours.
How long is it going to take?
Since we print shirts to order, printing times can vary based on the current order volume. At this time most orders are shipping out between 3-7 days from the date of the order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided which will contain either tracking information or a U.S. Customs number. USPS domestic usually takes 3-5 business days. UPS International can take 2-6 weeks.
Do you ship to… And how much will it cost?
We ship to most countries throughout the world. The price is calculated based on your exact location and the weight of the package.
We use the UPS Mail Innovations to ship all orders and tracking will be available through them UPS.com. This tracking, however, only follows the package within the United States. After it departs the US Processing Center it becomes the property of that country’s postal system and they may be able to help you further. Currently we ship internationally with a flat rate. $3.99 USD for the first tee and $6.99 USD for the first hoodie and $2.50 USD for each additional item tee or hoodie. Shipping times for international orders vary greatly, but we would recommend that you allow at least 2-4 weeks from the time it leaves the US for you to receive it. Many countries can be as quick as 7-10 days, although others may take as long as 6 weeks. For international deliveries as well, please note that any applicable import taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original shipping cost.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Click here and the email you used at checkout. If you have multiple orders, you can specify which order you are looking up by entering the Order ID. If you have an international order with a tracking number that begins with 15111-, go to www.apc-pli.com for tracking information. If your tracking number begins with 8017588, go to UPS.com for tracking information.

Try limiting your search to 2 words or fewer. Often times vague searches will return a wide variety of shirts. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll locate it for you.
Returns & Exchanges
There is a faint outline around my shirt design.
Some shirts are pre-treated prior to printing. Don’t worry, it will disappear the first time you wash the shirt.
How do I return or exchange my shirt?
Returns and exchanges are easy. Please use the downloadable PDF Return Form found in the customer service section, fill it out and return it with your shirt.
You may return your shirt within 90 days of the order date or exchanges are taken at any time. For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the shirt, not the shipping costs we paid to get it to you, as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them. There may also be a $3 resizing fee if you are going from the S-XL size range, up to a 2X or 3X. The resizing fee only applies if you move between those two size groups. Once we receive your exchange in the mail, we’ll get the replacement out to you as soon as possible.

Where do I find a coupon?
Coupon codes and promotions are subject to availability and changes. If you have a coupon code, enter it in your cart after confirming your shipping. For our site, we have discovered that most codes that are found on online coupon sites are not valid. We apologize for any inconvenience of confusion this may cause.
